Who We Are
Since 1991, Severn Run Evangelical Presbyterian Church (PCA) has been passionately proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ here in Maryland. Our congregation reflects the diversity of our community — people of many ages, backgrounds, and life experiences. What unites us is the transforming grace of Jesus Christ. Renewed by His Gospel, we seek to glorify God in all things as we live as a sign and foretaste of His coming kingdom.
We desire to worship God with joy and reverence, encourage one another as we grow in faith, serve our neighbors with the love of Christ, and advance His kingdom through gospel-centered words and deeds. You’ll find us devoted to God in worship, to the Scriptures in teaching and learning, to one another in love and fellowship, and to Christ’s mission — proclaiming the Good News and showing His renewing power in our community and world.

We believe every person needs Jesus Christ and a faithful, gospel-centered church where they can grow deep in their faith. We endeavor to bring the transforming life and love of Jesus Christ to our members, our neighbors, and the nations — in every generation — through the Gospel proclaimed in word and deed in the power of the Holy Spirit.
We seek God’s glory above all, the equipping of every believer for ministry, and the renewal of our city through the gospel. As a church, we want to be a community that not only preaches Christ but also embodies His love — serving our neighbors, pursuing the common good, and becoming a foretaste of the kingdom in the heart of Maryland.

Men’s Ministry
Our Men’s Ministry offers men the opportunity to connect with one another and grow together in the teaching and application of God’s Word. Through fellowship, accountability, and gospel-centered encouragement, we seek to build one another up as faithful followers of Jesus Christ in every area of life.
Women’s Ministry
Our Women’s Ministry offers women the opportunity to gather together for meaningful fellowship and grow in the knowledge and application of God’s Word. Through gospel-centered teaching, encouragement, and authentic relationships, we seek to help one another become mature disciples of Jesus Christ in every season of life.
Children’s Ministry
Our Children’s Ministry equips young people to grow in their faith through clear biblical teaching, meaningful fellowship, and engaging activities. We desire to see every child and teenager develop a deep love for Jesus Christ and a solid foundation in the Scriptures that will last a lifetime. In short, SREPC Students exist to disciple students to know God rightly, love Him deeply, and serve Him faithfully
